SNIDER AND SCHNEIDER TAKING MEADOWLARK POINTE TO THE NEXT LEVEL
Tuesday, December 26, 2017
Meadowlark Pointe construction is making great progress. To date the foundation has been poured and the walls are now being built. Also in the works is the electrical and plumbing of the addition, and next will be enclosing the structure with the roof. The progress is incredible to see moving toward the goal of adding 26 rooms, 12 assisted and 14 memory care.
Meadowlark Pointe has been serving the Cozad area for eleven years. Cindy Schneider has been the Administrator for all those years and has done a great job making the Residents her top priority. Schneider will now solely be focusing on the Residents as the Resident Care Coordinator of Meadowlark Pointe. She will be focusing on Resident care including overseeing admissions, appointments, medications, activities, and writing policies. As the new expansion will have 14 memory care units, Schneider will also focus on educating and training employees.
Lyle Davis, Administrator of Cozad Community Health System, announces Bri Snider as the Administrator of Meadowlark Pointe. Snider, a Cozad native, has been with the Cozad Community Health System for two years. She has been responsible for employee health, infection control, and total quality management. Snider will begin the Administrator role of Meadowlark Pointe starting in January. Snider’s Bachelor Degree in Healthcare Management will be an asset in her new position. “I am excited that Bri has joined our staff and I know she will continue the same care and philosophy that has been instilled in Meadowlark Pointe,” Schneider said.
Snider is the daughter of Don and Peg Butler of Cozad. She is involved in the community through Rotary, Community Foundation Board, and she has helped plan numerous community events. Snider and her husband Clint have three children, Ashtyn (12), Bryson (10) and Braiton (10).
Schneider has successfully lead Meadowlark Pointe the past eleven years, and Snider plans to continue the same excellence in service and care to the residents and employees. “I am very excited about the opportunity to serve this group of Residents, to be a part of the expansion, and the Meadowlark Pointe family,” Snider said.
