Personal:

After growing up in the rural Sandhills community of Hyannis Nebraska, Robert attended Wayne State College. There he graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Sciences with a minor in Biological Sciences. He then attended the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha where he received his Masters of Physical Therapy graduating with Distinction. He later completed his Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree at UNMC in 2005.

Robert has been the Chief Executive Officer of Cozad Community Health System since 2022. Prior to serving as CEO he was the Executive Director of Outpatient Services (2017) and the director of the physical therapy department for Cozad Community Hospital since 2005. In 2014 he was one of only two physical therapists in the state of Nebraska that was Board certified in both Orthopeadic physical therapy and wound care. Robert always enjoyed mentoring physical therapy students when he served as a clinical instructor. Although he no longer actively treats patients, he continues to assist with teaching lab and lecture content pertaining to wound care to students in the Physical Therapy program at UNMC.

Outside of work Robert can be found at home spending time with his wife Ann and their 3 children. Robert enjoys sports and the great outdoors. He loves to ride his bike on gravel roads, hunt, fish and train hunting dogs. He also enjoys yard work, woodworking and building just about anything.

Bri Snider was born and raised in Cozad, Nebraska, and is deeply committed to serving her hometown through her work at Cozad Community Health System, particularly at Cozad Medical Clinic. She is passionate about rural healthcare and dedicated to ensuring her community has access to the best possible care.

Bri is married to Clint Snider, and together they have three children, Ashtyn, Bryson, and Braiton. In her free time, she enjoys exercising, spending time at their family cabin, and cheering on her kids in all their activities.

Erin was raised in a small town and developed a deep passion for providing high-quality healthcare in rural communities. Guided by the belief that every decision should be rooted in doing what is best for the patient, she brings a patient-first mindset to every leadership role she takes on. With multiple years of experience and a clinical background in radiology and informatics, Erin has led transformative efforts in healthcare operations through innovative thinking, strategic planning, and collaborative leadership. She believes in the power of teamwork and strives to create collaborative environments where individuals can come together to improve the lives of those they serve.

Outside of work, Erin enjoys spending time with her husband, Casey Chytka, and cheering on their four children in their many activities. Whether at a local event or on the sidelines, Erin finds joy in being present and engaged in both her family life and her community.

Lisa was born in Omaha, Nebraska, and later moved to Lexington, where she graduated from high school. Lisa’s journey in healthcare began in the fall of 1997 when she joined the Cozad Community Health System. She started her career in Accounts Receivable and, through dedication and a deepening passion for the field, she advanced to the roles of Business Office Manager, Finance Director, and now serves as the Chief Financial Officer. Over the years, healthcare has become more than just a career—it’s a calling. Lisa is proud to be part of an organization where the focus remains centered on patient care and experience. Contributing to a system that puts people first is both an honor and a driving force behind her continued commitment.

Lisa married her husband, Matt, and together they have three children—Stephanie, Nicole, and Logan. Outside of work, Lisa enjoys walking, spending quality time with her family, and especially making memories with my seven wonderful grandchildren.

Personal:

Dr. Wetovick was born and raised in Cozad, Nebraska, where his father served the community as a local dentist. His enthusiasm for medicine was nurtured by his parents’ encouragement and further inspired by the passionate teaching of his high school biology and human physiology teacher.

He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Nebraska at Kearney and was accepted into medical school, ultimately choosing a career in Family Medicine. Throughout his training, the community of Cozad remained connected to him, and in 2000, Dr. Wetovick returned with his wife, Megan, and their two children to continue his career and raise his family in the town that had always felt like home.

With over 30 years of experience in medicine, Dr. Wetovick has seen the field evolve tremendously. He has consistently recognized the importance of leadership in medicine and his career. In 2022, he accepted a part-time position as Chief Medical Officer at Cozad Community Health System while continuing his full-time family medicine practice. In this role, he has become a strong advocate for provider involvement in leadership and decision-making. He actively serves on several committees, working to ensure provider perspectives are heard and serving as a key liaison between medical staff and administration.

Outside of his profession, Dr. Wetovick enjoys spending time with his wife, Megan, their three sons—Colin, Ben, and Nolan—their daughters-in-law, Julie and Morgan, and their grandson, Brooks. In his free time he enjoys hunting, barbecuing, and reading history or religion books.
