October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and Cozad Community Health System is inviting the community to come together for a fun and meaningful evening that blends education and entertainment.
Join CCHS at the Meridian Tap House for Think Pink Trivia Night on Thursday, October 30th, from 5:15–7:00 PM. Guests will enjoy a complimentary Pink Drink, charcuterie, and the first 50 women through the door will receive a keepsake wine glass to take home.
The event will feature presentations by Tammy Paulsen, Nicole Buettner, MPAS, PA-C, and Kristi Follmer, MSN, APRN, FNP-C. Together, they’ll discuss the importance of regular breast cancer screenings, early detection, women’s health, and local cancer care resources available right here in our community.
This event brought to you by the CCHS Radiology/Women’s Imaging Team, in collaboration with the Cozad Hospital Foundation in an effort to create a fun, approachable way to talk about breast health while connecting community members with local experts and resources.
In the weeks leading up to Trivia Night, community members are encouraged to stop by the Meridian Tap House to take part in a special Think Pink awareness display. Visitors can fill out a pink ribbon sharing their ‘why’, why they get a mammogram, or who they get screened for, and post it in the Tap House window to help us raise awareness for the importance of screenings.
While you’re there, enter to win a Pink Yeti Cooler! Guests can enter one time per person, per visit throughout October, with the winner announced during Think Pink Trivia Night. (must be present at the event to win.)
Bring your mom, daughter, sisters, and gal pals, and come ready to have fun and THINK PINK!
