October marks Physical Therapy Month, and the local Physical Therapy Clinic is excited to showcase its dedicated team, cutting-edge services, and facilities. The clinic, which prides itself on their patient centered care, offers a variety of rehabilitation services that many might be surprised to find available right here in our community.
From Orthopedic and Sports Medicine care to Women’s Health, Pediatrics, and Post-Surgical Rehabilitation, the clinic is equipped to handle a wide range of patient needs. Their focus also extends to Vestibular Rehabilitation, providing relief and recovery for patients experiencing balance and dizziness issues.
In addition to general services, the clinic offers specialized therapies designed to target specific patient needs. These include advanced treatments such as dry needling, medicupping, kinesiotaping, lymphedema management, and even on site aquatic therapy. Their innovative use of blood flow restriction therapy is another example of their commitment to cutting-edge rehabilitation techniques that provide the best outcomes for patients.
The clinic is staffed by a skilled team of rehabilitation professionals, each bringing unique expertise to patient care:
- Brett Kollars, PT, DPT - Director of Rehab Services
- Jessica Botts, PT, DPT
- Alison Feik, LMT, ATC
- Jessica Finnegan, PT, DPT, OCS
- Kate Brummer, OTD, OTR/L
- Jordan Lotker, PTA
- Micah Chrisnger, PT, DPT
- Lauren Zimbelman, COTA
These experts not only work together to provide comprehensive rehabilitation services but also continually pursue advanced training to ensure patients receive the latest in physical therapy care.
As part of Physical Therapy Month, the clinic is hosting a series of appreciation events to thank the community and their patients. On October 14th, Scooters Coffee was on-site at both the Specialty Clinic and the Physical Therapy Building, offering coffee to visitors. On October 25th, the clinic will sponsor the first $100 in purchases at Brew’d Awakening, and on October 31st, Scooters Coffee will return to wrap up the month with another coffee event at the Physical Therapy Building.
This is a perfect opportunity for community members to meet the team, tour the facilities, and learn more about the rehab services offered. When the time comes to seek care, you can feel confident knowing high-quality rehabilitation is available close to home.
