The Cozad Community Specialty Clinic is excited to announce the addition of Dr. Mandip Singh, a board-certified Orthopaedic Surgeon, to the expert team of specialists who visit our facility. Dr. Singh specializes in joint replacement surgery and revision joint replacement surgery, bringing advanced expertise and exceptional care to the clinic’s growing list of specialties.

Dr. Singh visits us from Great Plains Health in North Platte, where he has become well known for his skill in orthopaedic procedures. He completed his Orthopaedic surgery residency at the University of Manitoba and went on to further his education with fellowships in Orthopaedic Trauma Surgery at Saint Louis University and Hip and Knee Arthroplasty at Dalhousie University.

Juli Wetovick, CCHS Director of Surgery and Infusion Services, shared her thoughts on Dr. Singh, saying, “Dr. Singh is kind and willing to talk through all the aspects of a patient’s procedure, helping his patients to feel at ease.”

Cozad Community Specialty Clinic already offers a wide range of visiting specialists, including care for bone and joint health, heart and kidney conditions, cancer, lung and breathing disorders, foot and ankle problems, urinary and men's health, chronic pain relief, and general surgical services.

The clinic prides itself on providing expert medical attention right here in the local area, so residents don’t have to travel long distances to receive specialized care. Wetovick emphasized this point, stating, “Providing access to expert care in our community allows patients to receive quality care while helping to eliminate the burden of traveling long distances and avoiding excess costs associated with traveling.” Dr. Singh’s expertise in joint replacement and revision surgeries will help many people in the region improve their quality of life.

Outside of his medical practice, Dr. Singh enjoys spending time hiking, traveling, woodworking, and reading literature. He and his wife, Jasleen, along with their two children, Katrina and Alisa, live in North Platte.
