Lauren Reynolds has been a registered nurse for over eight years, with experience in critical access hospitals across nursing floors, surgery, cardiac rehab, and diabetes education. Her diverse background has given her a broad knowledge base, but her true passion lies in diabetes education and population health.
As a rural healthcare professional, Lauren is deeply connected to the Cozad community. She finds great fulfillment in educating patients, helping them feel confident in managing their health, and guiding them through the complexities of diabetes.
Lauren’s approach is centered on support, not judgment. She empowers her patients by providing the tools they need to manage their condition, believing that everyone can improve with the right guidance. At CCHS, Lauren works within an accredited diabetes program in partnership with the American Diabetes Association and Bryan Health Diabetes Program. This program offers evidence-based education that is tailored to each patient’s unique needs.
